Resting Mats are a necessity for a healthy rabbit/cavy! Placing these mats on the cage floor allows your animal to rest its feet from the wire thereby eliminating the potential for sore hocks (sores that develop on the pads of your rabbits feet due to long periods of sitting on wire). We also suggest 1/2 and 1/3 mats for your travel carriers.
